Refunds & Returns:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

However, you can exchange, receive a credit or refund if the item:

  • Is damaged/defective.

  • Is significantly different from the description.

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the items meet the above criteria we will replace the item at the cost of Blue Bird Snow Co.  If a replacement is not possible a refund will be issued.

Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.  

Warranty

Blue Bird agrees to a 1-year warranty on all of their products. Warranty date expires 1 year (365 days) from date of purchase. Warranty will cover damages, faults, tearing, discolouration and more defects proved to be from non-excessive wear. 

Blue Bird holds the right to refuse warranty to any customer if;

- The customer is unable to provide clear examples of the product defect whether in high-quality photos or physical evidence. 

- There is clear evidence of poor/unmannerly use of the products
