Warranty
Blue Bird agrees to a 1-year warranty on all of their products. Warranty date expires 1 year (365 days) from date of purchase. Warranty will cover damages, faults, tearing, discolouration and more defects proved to be from non-excessive wear.
Blue Bird holds the right to refuse warranty to any customer if;
- The customer is unable to provide clear examples of the product defect whether in high-quality photos or physical evidence.
- There be clear evidence of poor/unmannerly use of the products
Blue Bird Snow Co, takes NO responsibility for any loss or damage of personal items stored in any Blue Bird Snow Co products. I.e, phone, keys, wallet, more
Money-Back Guaranty
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Blue Bird Snow Co allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain content containing their products including information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. Blue Bird will not openly promote any content without the recognition or permission of the original content creator. Content created featuring any Blue Bird product is owned to the content creator. Blue Bird will not pay to promote any content unless previously negotiated.
Blue Bird condemns any user/organisation that uses its products to promote hate/fear/discrimination of any kind.
Blue Bird has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Blue Bird shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Defamation Clause
By purchasing you agree to not use the products/brand or any content of Blue Bird Snow Co to defamate the Blue Bird Snow Co. You agree that you will not disparage or criticize the Company or its Affiliates, or their respective businesses, management, directors, business practices, or equity holders and that you will not otherwise do or say anything that could disrupt the good morale, or otherwise harm the interests or reputations, of the Company Entities and the Board and executive management team of the Company and Blue Bird Snow Co will not publicly disparage or criticize you.
Any breach of these conditions will result in legal action against you/and/or the platform where the defamation was displayed. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you are in breach of conditions and will not be entitled to any protection under these terms; warranty, refunds, help to resolve any issues with the product and more.
